This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through proficienthome.com, our customer portal, and any application or pre-qualification we process.

• Information you give us: name, email, phone, date of birth, address, employment, income, assets, liabilities, credit authorization, property details, and uploaded documents (pay stubs, W-2s, bank statements, ID).
• Information from third parties: credit reports (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian), property valuations (AVMs, appraisers), employment and income verification (The Work Number, employers), bank account verification (Plaid).

• To process your loan application, pre-qualification, or rate inquiry.

Document uploads are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled bucket. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect what you share.
