• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
• Documents you upload remain your property; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for the purpose of processing your loan.

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive communications from PHF and its affiliates about your application, including via SMS, autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and email. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; transactional messages about your application will continue while it is active.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, calculators, and code — is owned by Proficient Home Finance or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

Our site may link to third-party websites and integrate with third-party services (e.g., Plaid, credit bureaus, e-sign providers). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Their use is governed by their own terms.
