    Underwriting

    Appraisal ordered, title work, insurance binder, final income verification. Most underwriting completes in 14-21 days.

  6. Day 25-28Step 6 of 7

    Clear to close

    All conditions cleared. We schedule closing, send wire instructions, and issue the final Closing Disclosure.

  7. Day 30Step 7 of 7

    Closing day

    Sign the documents, wire the funds. On a purchase, you walk out with keys. On a refi, the new loan funds in 3 days.
